Rob Richards Mastering had a familiar problem in the audio world: great work, but relying too heavily on word-of-mouth to find new clients. As a mastering engineer, Rob noticed that producers and mixers were constantly needing quick audio calculations and tempo tools, but there wasn't really a go-to resource that could also help bring in new business.
We built an interactive cheatsheet toolkit at robrichardsmastering.com/cheatsheet with three handy tools: Tap Tempo for real-time BPM detection, BPM-to-Milliseconds conversion for delay and reverb timing, and Note-to-Frequency calculations. The idea was simple—give people something genuinely useful while naturally pointing them toward Rob's mastering services.
The real game-changer was hooking up Mailchimp's API for smooth lead capture and follow-up emails. When someone uses the tools and then books a consultation, they automatically get added to targeted email campaigns based on what they're working on.
